Our Team Leaders are responsible for leading a team of Activity Leaders to deliver quality before and after school care experiences.**Who we’re looking for**:

**Your qualifications**
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- 1-2 years’ experience leading a team
- Emergency First Aid and CRC - C & AED
- 20 hours of training in Child Development, Child Guidance and/or Nutrition an asset

**Your responsibilities**:

- Directly supervise and provide leadership to a team of staff
- Plan and implement child-centered programming
- Establish positive relationships and communication with families, staff and key stakeholders
- Complete required administrative tasks

**Location**:Capitol Hill YMCA Kids Club (350 Holdom Ave, Burnaby)**Rate of Pay**:$23.88 per hour**Benefits**: Benefits package +
- **FREE Gym Membership **paid vacation days and sick leave**Terms**: Permanent, Full-time, 35 hours per week**Shift**:Monday - Friday 7:00am - 9am & 2:30pm - 6pm + admin**Reports To**: Supervisor, Healthy Child Development
