**Job Summary**:
We are seeking energetic and technically skilled young technicians from Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electronics backgrounds to join our flexible packaging unit. The role involves assisting in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of **metallizer machines**, **slitting machines**, and other associated equipment. This is a great opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support day-to-day maintenance and operation of **metallizer** and **slitting machines**.
- Load raw materials and unload finished rolls or products.
- Package finished rolls or sheets according to customer or internal specifications
- Perform routine checks, adjustments, and preventive maintenance tasks to minimize machine downtime.
- Assist in setting up and calibrating instruments, sensors, and controls on production lines.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults under supervision.
- Monitor machine parameters and help ensure product quality as per specifications.
- Record maintenance activities and assist with machine history documentation.
- Perform routine cleaning of machinery and surrounding work areas to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Remove waste materials and assist with recycling or proper disposal of scrap film Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve on-line technical issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity and machine efficiency.
- Accurately document production output, packaging records, and machine performance.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Certification/ Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electronics Engineering.
- 0-2 years of relevant industrial experience (freshers with technical aptitude are welcome).
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, or lean manufacturing principles.
- Forklift certification or experience handling film rolls safely.
- Basic understanding of rotating equipment, pneumatic systems, sensors, and control panels.
- Ability to interpret basic mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
- Good problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
- Willingness to work in shifts (rotational), including weekends and holidays if required.

**Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)**:

- Exposure to **metallizer** or **slitting machines** in a packaging or film manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of VFDs, temperature controllers, PLCs, and HMI interfaces.
- Familiarity with machine safety practices and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
