Job Summary:
**Machine Operator for Flexible Packaging Operations for Slitting and Metallizing Machine - Join Our Team at FAM Ti Inc.**

FAM Ti Inc. is seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our production team in Flexible Packaging operation. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is mechanically or electronically or electrically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up, operate, and monitor machines to slit or metallize plastic materials according to specified dimensions.
- Load and unload rolls, ensuring all machine settings and adjustments are accurate and properly maintained.
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
- Perform routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and minor maintenance to optimize machine performance.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience operating metallizing or slitting machines or working in a flexible packaging or manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Strong ability to read measurements, follow production instructions, and maintain accuracy in all tasks.
- Mechanical aptitude with basic problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Physically able to handle rolls, lift materials, and stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
