**About the Role**:
You’ll be responsible for:

- Performing high-quality renovations and maintenance work on residential and commercial units
- Handling service calls efficiently and professionally
- Coordinating with tenants, clients, and supervisors with clear communication
- Managing your own time and workflow
- Using technology (apps, photos, project tracking) to update job progress
- Keeping a clean and organized work environment

**What You Bring**:

- **Minimum 5 years** of hands-on construction experience
- Strong skills in general renovations, basic plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, flooring, etc.
- Excellent communication and professionalism when speaking with clients and tenants
- **Your own vehicle** and a valid driver's license
- **Your own set of day-to-day tools** (we’ll provide advanced/specialty tools)
- Tech-savviness (you’re comfortable taking photos, updating apps, using digital work orders)
- The ability to work independently and solve problems on the go
- Pride in doing clean, detailed, and respectful work
- Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset

**À propos du poste**:
Vous serez responsable de:

- Réaliser des travaux de rénovation et d’entretien de qualité sur des unités résidentielles et commerciales
- Répondre aux appels de service de manière efficace et professionnelle
- Communiquer clairement avec les locataires, clients et superviseurs
- Gérer votre temps et votre charge de travail de façon autonome
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et organisé

**Ce que vous apportez**:

- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pratique en construction
- Compétences solides en rénovations générales, plomberie de base, électricité, gypse, peinture, planchers, etc.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et professionnalisme avec les clients et les locataires
- Votre propre véhicule et un permis de conduire valide
- Votre trousse à outils de base (nous fournissons les outils spécialisés au besoin)
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à résoudre les problèmes sur le terrain
- Fierté dans la réalisation de travaux propres, détaillés et respectueux
- Bilinguisme (français/anglais) est un atout important

Pay: $22.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
