We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Project Crew **to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement within a diverse and growing company.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Perform **heavy-duty cleaning tasks** including:

- **Carpet cleaning**:

- **Strip & wax floors**:

- **Floor scrubbing**:

- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- **Valid driver's license** with the ability to drive company vehicles.
- Experience in **carpet cleaning, floor care, and strip & wax** techniques (preferred but training can be provided).
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment.
- Ensure all areas are cleaned to high standards and meet health and safety regulations.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors.
- Assist with any additional cleaning duties as required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable operating cleaning machines.
- Stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Other Requirements**:

- Successful applicants will have to undergo the necessary background checks
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Relevant experience is preferred but not a must. We will provide all necessary training.

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Janitorial/Cleaning: 1 year (required)
- pressure washing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Drivers License (required)

**Location**:

- Metro Vancouver Regional District, BC (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
