**The Opportunity**:
WSP is currently seeking a Strategic Pursuits & Alternative Project Delivery Coordinator for our Transportation & Infrastructure business line. Working within our Strategic Pursuits and Alternative Project Delivery group (SP+APD) and reporting to our Senior Director, Adrian van’t Hof, this position will provide direct support and assistance to our major project teams and the SP+APD leadership team. The coordinator supports the strategic planning and execution of project activities.

**A day in the life**:

- Work directly with multidisciplinary teams of Project Managers, Pursuit Managers, Engineers, Planners, Designers, Analysts, sub-consultants, and other staff as required
- Support the SP+APD team in developing submission for various proposal phases (RFQ, RFP, etc.) for strategic and alternative delivery projects
- Coordinate with the proposal and project teams to deliver proposal content and proposals under tight timeframes
- Assist in development of Owner technical and proposal presentations
- Coordinate internal team and proposal meetings
- Coordinate Addendums and manage communications with the team
- Review proposed project agreements and support the identification of scope and required deliverables for WSP and partnering subconsultants
- Support the development of design agreements
- Support the development and approval process documents for budgets and work breakdown structures used to manage and track commercial performance
- Support the develop of management plans and in-house scope summaries with project design disciplines
- Support change management processes during RFP proposal execution
- Maintaining organized and up to date records of proposal information
- Other duties as assigned

**What you'll bring to WSP...**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a team environment
- Post-secondary undergraduate degree or diploma (project management, construction management, engineering, planning, environmental science, finance, or relevant field)
- Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to manage project deadline pressure and set personal priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills, as the role requires continuous interaction with team members, project leadership, and external clients/stakeholders
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, including report writing, editing, and
