**Warehouse Operations and Transportation Manager**

Club Coffee/ **ofi** Toronto is currently looking for a **Warehouse Operations and Transportation Manager **to join our growing team.

If so, this may be the position for you. Based out of our Rexdale office, the **Warehouse Operations and Transportation Manager **will be responsible for managing the day to day activities within the Warehouse and Distribution centre, as well as 3PL’s.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the order cycle after orders are entered into the system to final delivery to our customers.
- Ensure timely, cost effective delivery of our finished goods to the customer.
- Develop and manage cost effective co-packing, staffing, distribution and warehousing plans.
- Receive and store product by designing and developing product movement and storage systems; improving operations and managing staff.
- Provides materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing, and distribution services; supervising staff.
- Ensuring the warehousing capacity is utilized and alternate space is available if required.
- Makes recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepares and completes action plans, identifies trends.
- Forecasting, prepares annual budget, schedules expenditures, analyzes variances, and initiates corrective actions.
- Administers requirements of Food Safety and CTPAT programs as required
- Provides additional assistance and support as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business preferred, plus 5-8 years distribution experience.
- Advanced knowledge of domestic and cross Border Transportation & Distribution.
- Certified on Counter Balance, Walkie, etc. an asset
- Must have intermediate knowledge of Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Experience in WMS and ERP Implementation an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be well organized with the ability to multi-task
- Works well in a team environment
- Solid analytical, technical, and problem solving skill
