**Profile Summary**:
Reporting to the Sr. Director-Supply Chain, the Manager-Warehouse Operations is responsible for the warehouse operations and goals to include warehouse layout and cleanliness, inventory control, capacity utilization, product rotation, dock operations (receiving and shipping), team member development and well-being, and yard truck operation (labor, assets, regulatory compliance). They will effectively interact and communicate with department heads to ensure accurate coordination of warehouse activities.

**Specific Accountabilities**:
- Plan, execute and measure warehouse and distribution operations to ensure goals are achieved.
- Manage the day-to-day performance and activities of the warehouse
- Design warehouse for efficient space utilization and team member safety.
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
- Ensure physical condition of warehouse and equipment are compliant with company, and government policies; submit recommendations for improvement as required.
- Collaborate with manufacturing function leaders to ensure warehouse activities are aligned with manufacturing functions.
- Coordinate manual packing of Display Ready pallets
- Maintain standards for environmental, health, safety, and security. Lead by example and promote team member wellness.
- Manage the receiving, warehousing, shipping, functions with accountability for overall throughput of the pick lines.
- Implement all the warehousing processes and assign responsibility to the team members.
- Manage all warehousing Key Performance Indictors (KPI) such as, On-Time In-Full (OTIF), Service level, Inventory Accuracy, Shipping Accuracy, pick/labor hours, and truck turn times.
- Ensure the warehouses are following good storage and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure companies quality standards are maintained. Ensure First Expired, First Out (FEFO) Practices are always followed. Manage space effectively to maximize productivity.
- Ensure resources are managed effectively to maximize utilization
- Ensure all orders are shipped on time.
- Collaborate with central inventory and transportation teams to ensure cycle counts and logistics are executed on a timely manner.
- Manage best practices for inventory control and collaborate on strategies to reduce slow moving and obsolete inventories.
- Prepare annual warehouse and distribution budget.
- Recruit, train, coach, motivate and engage team members; develop talent bench strength within team.
- Drive data driven operations and decisions, be a strong advocate for data, reporting, and analysis to support warehouse and distribution.
- Encourage feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Ideal Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Five (5) years of Logistics, Inventory, or Warehouse Management experience in a manufacturing setting is required.
- Must have a high level of competency with warehouse management systems and advanced skills in spreadsheets and database experience.
- Experience utilizing SAP (Warehouse Management System) WMS system is preferred.
- Experience with lean manufacturing/continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Proven proficient diagnostic and decision-making skills are required.
- Ability and willingness to learn and embrace new technology is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
- Ability to work with a positive attitude in a high stress environment is required.
