We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented **Front Desk Agent** to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you

**Responsibilities**

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
  • Manage room reservations and handle cancellations or modifications.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Stand at the front desk for the whole shift.
  • Provide information about the hotel, available amenities, and local attractions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

**Qualifications**

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous Hotel experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and standard office tools.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
