Key Lead

The Key Lead assists the store manager in overseeing daily operations, deploying staff, and ensuring a great customer experience through prompt service and quality products. This role also involves maintaining store standards and acting in alignment with Sessions Cannabis guidelines.
**Essential Responsibilities**:
- Uphold Sessions Cannabis values with integrity.
- Maintain calm during busy or unusual events.
- Anticipate and address customer/store needs, communicate with management.
- Provide feedback and coaching to staff.
- Ensure smooth operations, including opening/closing duties and cash handling.
- Monitor customer service standards and celebrate team achievements.
- Assist with inventory audits, merchandising, and discrepancies.
- Educate customers on cannabis products and safety.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- 1 year retail management experience, 3-5 years customer service.
- Valid CannSell certification, 19+, clear background check.
- Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
**Skills**:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs.
- Perform tasks related to stocking and store maintenance.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
