The objective is to create a gathering place to please the most demanding connoisseurs to the passionate food-lover. This role is an incredible and fun job designed for individuals who love being part of a team, but don’t mind working alone for part of the day as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Excellent communication with customers.
- Keep the work environment fresh and clean.
- Able to work independently or as a team member
- Answer phone & questions about ice cream (soy, dairy, non-dairy)
- Prepare ice cream scoops, waffle cones, all foods in the shop while creating a friendly, energetic atmosphere for customers.
- Responsible for personal bank - ensured accuracy of all financial calculations and returned appropriate change; maintained adequate cash for making change
- Communicate with team members on shop performance and provided feedback for further shop improvements.
- Go above and beyond for guests and coworkers for exceptional service.
- Perform opening/closing duties by tidy up store, mopping, and cleaning tabletops and floor.
- Clean as you go, with attention to detail, while staying organized throughout your shift.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

- Great communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions with precision as well as give great attention to detail
- Have access to a phone that can text and make calls
- Have access to the internet

- Soft Serve Skills (Ice Cream Cone making) will be considered an asset
