TalkInc is a dynamic private practice offering speech and language services for children across Ontario. We are currently seeking a **registered Speech-Language Pathologist** to join our team as an independent contractor, providing in-person assessment while supervising CDA/SLPA caseload virtually.

**Position Overview**: As a Speech-Language Pathologist with TalkInc, you will:

- Provide **in-person assessments, virtual consultations, and supervision of support personnel** for a variety of communication disorders
- Design personalized treatment plans using **SMART goals** and best practice guidelines
- Offer **client-centered care**, track progress, and adjust treatment as needed
- Supervise **CDAs** (with supplemental pay) and support their professional growth
- Maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with **CASLPO regulations**

**What We're Looking For**:

- A **graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology**:

- Active **CASLPO registration** in good standing
- **Professional Liability Insurance**:

- Strong **oral and written communication skills**:

- Excellent **time management** and the ability to work **independently**

Pay: $100.00-$170.00 per hour
