Lead Producer

Reporting to the Executive Producer, your role as Lead Producer is to create live interactive events that inspire the next generation to take on these challenges.

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Lead and develop E2 Adventures’ live production team (line producer, host, live stream technicians, media creation and others) in their preparation for live events
- Design experiences, train experts and propose audiovisual and interactivity requirements that brings every story we tell to life
- Innovate with interactive technologies and materials to engage students with the real world and E2 Adventures’ pedagogical approach
- Write and develop interactive event scripts for wide array of audiences
- Research world and industry trends through independent research and expert consultations
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Write blog posts and articles for educational and public stakeholders
- Represent E2 Adventures at industry and networking events
- Assist Line Producer to secure new experts as needed
- Collaborate with other E2 teams to ensure field trips are successful
- Ensure partner and experience files remain up-to-date
- Serve as Backup Host in case of emergency
**Qualifications**:
- Experience producing live virtual events (required) for young audiences (an asset)
- On-set experience (lighting and camera knowledge) or knowledge of AV setups for live stream broadcasts.
- Excellent communication, relationship and partnership building skills
- Experience in journalism (an asset)
- Understanding of global supply chain and geography
- Fluent in English and French (excellent written, verbal and collaboration skills)
