**YOUR MISSIONS**:
Main responsibilities

Payable accounts
- Lists invoices to be paid to ensure that all invoices for items are accounted for in compliance with laws, rules and regulations
- File invoices in the files according to the established system
- Reconciles supplier accounts

Analyze expenses when producing monthly financial statements
- Prepare GST/QST reports

Payroll
- Manages and prepares payroll for Jefo Group entities;
- Makes payroll entries and records them in the appropriate software;
- Prepares payroll items relating to vacation, statutory holidays and social leave;
- Enters the correct pay codes in the payroll software in order to establish a payroll project for each company;
- Annually, transfers vacation and personal leave days to all Jefo Group payrolls;
- Annually, produces tax forms as well as wage declarations for the different provinces, for all Jefo Group payrolls;
- Files WSIB declarations (WSIB Ontario) and pays premiums;
- Files the US RRSP statement on the appropriate platform;
- Prepares and tracks employee arrears;
- Answers questions regarding payroll;
- Perform payroll reports requested by various departments;
Credit cards and expense accounts
- Acknowledge receipt of expense accounts and supporting documents.

Verifies that the account statements of the holders are received, as well as the supporting documents in order to proceed with the recording of expenses.
- Record expenses according to the nature of disbursements in order to make the correct accounting entry.

Others
- Always acts in accordance with the policies and procedures in place in the context of his work.
- Work closely with all areas of the company to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Always seeks to develop professionally in order to enrich his tasks.

Actively participates in administrative meetings of his sector and the company.
- Accomplish any other task related to his work.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
Training and experience required

Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in accounting or equivalent;
- Hold the Payroll Compliance Specialist (SCP) accreditation (asset);
At least one (1) year of relevant experience.

Required skills

Technical skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of accounting software and the ADP payroll system and Maximus (asset);
- Knowledge of Canadian payroll (multi-province);
- Knowledge of American payroll (asset);
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.

- Demonstrate great concern for confidentiality;
- Know how to prioritize and decide;
- Know how to focus on results and have the ability to motivate;
Rigor and depth of analysis;
- Demonstrate dynamism and collaboration.
