**_ In this role, you will:_**

Provide world-class support to internal and external customers by being the first point of contact when it comes to the customers questions with technical solutions for UV products, water softener products, including installation, operation, and maintenance procedures. Responsible for ensuring smooth operation of support as measured by satisfied customers and by meeting departmental KPIs and objectives.

**Accountabilities**
- Provide first-level technical solutions for UV, softener, water products, including installation, operation, and maintenance procedures with a strong understanding of water solutions and water products.
- Ensure requests are handled appropriately by coordinating with various Departments within the company.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established diagnostic tools and procedures.
- Exceptional call handling soft skills, possessing the ability to conduct active listening while being empathetic and reassuring the customer.
- Collaborate with Sales and Channel Partners to support strategies and customer satisfaction.
- Approaches problems flexibly - adapting and modifying approaches without compromising the outcome.

**_ Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include:_**
- Post-secondary education in Engineering (eg. chemical or mechanical) water, biology or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of customer-facing or technical support experience in water treatment industry.
- Demonstrates a passion for customer service, ownership of the customer experience and determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution.

**_ It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:_**
- CRM and familiarity with cases, troubleshooting, strong understanding of UV, softener or water systems and their components.
