**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a skilled autobody tradesman; while some aspects can be taught, a strong understanding of tools and work techniques is essential.
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and comprehension, as we communicate detailed instructions multiple times a day.
- High attention to detail—restoration and custom work on high-value vehicles requires precision in every aspect, visible or not. These automobiles are the pride and joy of their owners and we treat them as such.
- If you tend to miss details or need your work masked this may not be the place for you.
- Effective time management skills, especially under busy conditions.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to high-quality service and a positive work atmosphere.
- Reliability is crucial; frequent absences or excuses will not be tolerated.

**The Job**:

- Minimum of 32 hours per week, with flexibility on scheduling within reason.
- Hourly pay between $30 and $50, based on skill and experience.
