Responsabilités du photographe immobilier

Photographier les maisons à vendre pour répondre aux besoins de marketing en ligne et d'impression des agents immobiliers et de leur société de courtage.
Rencontrer les courtiers/clients sur place et réaliser la séance photo.
Étiqueter et télécharger les images dans notre studio interne, le jour même de la prise de vue.
Prendre des photos de l'espace intérieur des résidences - salle commune, salon, chambres à coucher, salles de bains, cuisine, etc.
S'assurer de la bonne composition des photos, des angles et du positionnement de l'espace photographié
Editer et manipuler les photos pour l'éclairage, le contraste et les filigranes
Vidéo de propriétés immobilières
Monter des vidéos pour du contenu web avec des structures de navigation et des superpositions de texte/graphique
Aider les propriétaires à mettre en scène leur maison pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats visuels.
Qualifications du photographe immobilier

Avoir un solide portefeuille immobilier
Être disponible pour plusieurs prises de vue par semaine
Capacité à hiérarchiser plusieurs tâches, à suivre des instructions détaillées et à concilier plusieurs échéances.
Avoir une connaissance approfondie de la photographie, des objectifs, de l'éclairage et de l'équipement vidéo.
Être familier avec Adobe Photoshop et Adobe Creative Suite
Avoir une voiture/un moyen de transport fiable pour se rendre sur les lieux de travail et en revenir.

Real Estate Photographer Job Summary

Our agency is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who has a passion for photography.

We are seeking a Real Estate Photographer to produce photos and videos for both our residential and commercial clients. Photography is at the heart of a successful real estate company for many reasons, but the most important reason is to help us stand out. In the age of social media and mobile devices, having the best pictures and videos can make all the difference.

Real Estate Photographer Responsibilities
- Photograph homes listed for sale to meet the online marketing and print needs of Realtors and their Brokerage firm
- Meet brokers/clients on site and perform photo session
- Label and upload images to our in-house studio, the same day of the shoot
- Take photo shoots of interior space of residences - common room, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc., and show the flow of the space
- Ensure good photo composition, angles and positioning of the space taken
- Editing and manipulating photos for lighting, contrast, and watermarks
- Video real estate properties
- Edit videos for web content with navigation structures and text/graphic overlays
- Help homeowners stage their homes to achieve the best visual results

Real Estate Photographer Qualifications
- Have a strong real estate portfolio
- Be available for multiple shoots a week
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting, video equipment
- Be familiar with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
- Must have own reliable car/transportation to travel to & from jobs locations.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Photography: 2 years (preferred)
