**Job Summary**

Gravity Complete Services is seeking a highly organized and dependable Service Dispatcher to support our field operations team. In this role, you'll coordinate daily technician schedules, communicate with customers, and ensure timely service delivery.

**Duties**
- Dispatch technicians to customer locations

Prioritize and manage incoming service requests

Monitor technician availability and adjust schedules as needed

Maintain accurate records using dispatch software

Communicate updates to both customers and technicians

Collaborate with service managers and office staff

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple phone lines or systems simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
