Bross Mobile Mechanic Services is a busy **Truck and Trailer specialty facility** seeking a **Service Advisor** to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous **service writing experience**:

- Strong **computer skills** (QuickBooks experience an asset)
- **Heavy-duty** or **truck and coach** experience considered a strong asset
- **Valid driver’s license** and clean abstract
- Excellent **customer service** and **communication skills**:

- Strong **organizational skills**, **attention to detail**, and ability to **multi-task**:

- **French** considered an asset, but not required

**Key Responsibilities**
- Communicate effectively with both **customers and technicians** to coordinate repairs
- Create **repair estimates** and explain recommendations clearly
- Review **service history** to provide accurate maintenance suggestions
- Prepare **work orders** and convert them into **billable invoices**:

- Schedule and **book service appointments** efficiently
