Location: Bross Mobile Mechanic Services – 710 Vermillion Lake Rd, Chelmsford

Bross Mobile Mechanic Services is a busy Truck and Trailer specialty facility seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous service writing experience
  • Strong computer skills (QuickBooks experience an asset)
  • Heavy-duty or truck and coach experience considered a strong asset
  • Valid driver's license and clean abstract
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • French considered an asset, but not required

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with both customers and technicians to coordinate repairs
  • Create repair estimates and explain recommendations clearly
  • Review service history to provide accurate maintenance suggestions
  • Prepare work orders and convert them into billable invoices
  • Schedule and book service appointments efficiently
