**Position Overview**:
Are you passionate about luxury after-sales and excel in a detail-oriented, focused environment? As a Service Client Care Advisor in our after-sales team, you will be responsible for facilitating after sales service through excellent operational and customer service skills. If you take pride in hands-on work, operations and administration, and are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to enhance the client experience, we’d love to meet you

**As a Service**Client Care Advisor**at Raffi Jewellers, you will**:

- Assist the service desk with after-sales service inquiry process, organizing and sorting parts, invoicing and maintaining service records.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features, parts and services available.
- Ensure that the service desk is kept organized, all tools accounted for, parts are on hand or ordered as required.
- Collaborate and assist co-workers when required to ensure that customer service is always maintained to the highest level.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Have at least 2-5 years' experience in retail operations and/or administration. Experience with luxury after-sales care in a retail environment is considered a strong asset.
- Experience with CRM tools, scheduling tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to speak in multiple languages is a plus.
- Flexible to work hours based on operational business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays.
