Vendor GovernanceRemote Canada ContractQUALIFICATIONS "Qualifications"): - Working knowledge of vendor governance standards, practices, processes and integration. - Vendor engagement and lifecycle management experience including sourcing, contract - negotiation, vendor on-boarding, contract administration, relationship management, contract closeout and vendor off-boarding. - Third party risk management experience including inherent risk assessment, vendor - segmentation and due diligence, risk identification, risk domain knowledge (e.g. financial, cyber, privacy, legal, business continuity and ESG), risk mitigation and reporting. - Vendor performance management experience including vendor segmentation, key performance indicator (KPI) development, performance measurement, performance improvement and reporting. - New program implementation and change management experience including policy and procedural documentation development, process mapping and informational and educational materials development. - Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel and Visio. - Ability to work in a fast-paced multi-level project-based environment with emphasis on timelines - and delivery. - Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. - Strong business acumen with a results-oriented focus. - Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle situations with tact and diplomacy. - Knowledge and understanding of risk and vendor governance as it relates to artificial intelligence is an asset. - Knowledge and understanding of SAP 4HANA and Ivalua Supplier Management module is an asset. - Knowledge and understanding of Lean, 6 Sigma and agile methodologies is an asset. - ** Public sector experience is an asset.** Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP), Certified Professional Purchasing (CCP), Institute for Supply Management (ISM) or similar/related designation/certification is an asset. - ** Understanding of gaming industry is an asset.** SERVICES - Assist in the development of a vendor governance program framework including policies, procedures, roles and responsibilities, vendor classification and segmentation methodology, process mapping, informational and educational materials, change management plans, program metrics and roadmaps. - Assist in vendor governance operations including vendor inventory, vendor segmentation, vendor engagement and lifecycle management, vendor due diligence and risk assessment, risk mitigation strategies, KPI development and performance measurement, performance improvement plans, and program performance monitoring and reporting. - Engage with support functions, business clients, and vendors including presentation of vendor governance program informational and educational materials. - Provide regular status and issues reporting to the Project Manager. - Other tasks as reasonably required by the Project Manager.
