To date, Ray-Mont nearly has 500 employees and boasts a unique organizational culture driven by its core values. **About the Chief Marketing Officer**: We are looking for a "Chief Marketing Officer" to take full ownership of our Sales and Marketing strategy, programs, and campaigns, that will support our next phase of growth moving forward. Reporting to the President and CEO, this position will lead the marketing and sales functions of the organization and become a key member of the Ray-Mont Logistics executive leadership team. Position: Full-time, Permanent; Location: 1751 Richardson Street, Suite 5.500, Montreal, QC H3K 1G6 Starting Date: As soon as possible **What the job holder will do**: - Develop the structure of the company's sale and marketing department; - Design, orchestrate and govern commercial strategies related to containerized export and import solutions; - Ensure and optimize the commercial strategies services offered within Terminals; - In conjunction with members of the leadership team, manage the company's business relationships with its partners and valued customers; - Design, develop and cultivate the corporate identity externally; - Lead the company's public relations efforts and maintain sound social media management; - Ensure the organization is involved in community support and development; - Conduct market research, pricing, service marketing and marketing communications; - Liaise with other departments to drive a unified approach to customer service, distribution, and execution that meets market requirements; **Skills and Qualifications Required of the Position**: - Possess at least 15+ years of experience in the field of business growth marketing; - Have relevant applied business experience within a late stage and/or high growth management team; - Has in depth and relevant expertise/knowledge in the international supply chain industry or equivalent field; - Demonstrate significant and proven experience in managing work teams, at an executive level; - Have a strong analytical, entrepreneurial and creative mind; - Demonstrate skills in the management and governance of effective marketing platforms and tools; - Be comfortable developing, inspiring, retaining and coaching marketing and sales teams to achieve ambitious company goals; **What will be offered to the Chief Marketing Officer**: - Salary: Highly competitive base salary and incentive pay; - Benefits: - Eligibility for a group insurance program with significant employer contribution; - Eligibility for a corporate RRSP program with employer contribution; - Presence of many other employer integrated benefits; - Work Environment: - Spectacular, state of the art, work area; - Possibility of working remotely in a hybrid manner to balance work and family life; Ray-Mont's unique and vibrant culture is based on collaboration, creativity and diversity of perspectives.
