Tourmaline Oil Corp. is a Canadian senior crude oil and natural gas exploration and production company. We
are focused on long-term growth through an aggressive exploration, development, production, and
acquisition program in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.

We are currently looking for a Co-Op Student to join our Calgary office. This is an 8- or 12-month work term
starting September 2025.

As Canada’s largest natural gas producer and third largest producer of conventional liquids (oil, condensate,
and other natural gas liquids), Tourmaline is committed to continuously improving and enhancing its internal
accounting and financial reporting processes.

Tourmaline’s Accounting Co-Op Student will play a key role working with Production Accounting, Operations
Accounting and other accounting and finance groups to work on process optimization while also assisting
with other critical accounting and finance tasks.

This role will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

- Assist in the documentation of the Company’s internal controls and processes
- Assist JV Accounting with contract review
- Completing monthly account variance analysis
- Financial system testing and validation
- Assistance with AFE administration and validation
- ESG and Sustainability reporting support
- Collaborate with the Finance group as well as other groups within the Organization
- Assist with Financial Reporting requirements
- Other tasks as required
- Currently enrolled**in a post-secondary institution pursuing a Business degree**with a major in

Accounting or Finance**,**preferably in 2nd or 3rd year**,**with an expected graduation date of December
2026 or later**.**
- Effective written and oral communication, including presentation abilities
- Strong work ethic and ability to take pride and ownership of work
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work individually and in team settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products is considered an asset
