Powerhaus VA is a local virtual assistant company looking to add assistants to our roster. While all our work is done remotely we hire local workers within the Greater Vancouver area. We are looking for an administrative POWERHAUS to join our team
- This is a fully remote role but must be local to the Lower Mainland._

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to our clients remotely
- Manage and organize digital files and documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate virtual meetings and conferences
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping and e-commerce business management

**Experience**:

- Proficient in using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Instagram, CRM Systems & Canva
- Previous experience working in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently, have exceptional time management and prioritize tasks effectively

This is a remote position that offers full tiem hours. As a Virtual Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support a dynamic team while working from the comfort of your own home.
