We are looking for an Experienced Service/Parts Advisor who is knowledgeable of PBS System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing service estimates and work orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms, close and cashier once the transaction is done and payment is received
- Ensure that the needs of our customers are met, coordinate transactions and estimate both time & costs to ensure everything runs smoothly for our customers
- Maintaining a safe and accountable workplace
- Ordering parts and other needed supplies
- Monitor shop supplies and making sure they are available, shop maintenance are up to date, and taking care of all other related concern with Service Department
- Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions
- Coordinates with all the other Departments for any related transactions
- Reporting directly to the General Manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient with PBS Automotive Dealership Software will be an asset

**Requirements**:
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Safe driving history.
- Criminal Record Check.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $48,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
