We are a growing Automotive Dealership in Red Deer, looking for an Experienced Parts and Service Advisor who works together with the team towards the goal of MR MOTORS.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring customer expectations are met while achieving optimum profitability
- Maintaining a safe and accountable workplace
- Working closely with Service Team
- Ensuring parts are available or ordered promptly for over-the-counter sales and service shop supplies
- Processing payments of the customers
- Tracking Parts Inventory, Shop Supplies and input items into the PBS System to ensure accurate counts
- Preparing parts or service estimates and work orders by detailing the vehicle’s problems or symptoms, close and cashier once the transaction is done and payment is received.
- Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions
- Coordinates with all the other Departments for any related transactions
