Reporting to the Vice President LTC Operations for managed homes (Extendicare Assist), the Program Manager is a key member of the team focused on growing the Extendicare Assist client base and offering additional value to existing clients.

**Accountabilities**
- Create compelling proposals for consulting services and outsourced management contracts for long-term care home operations that are visually appealing and clearly articulate Extendicare Assist’s proposed services and unique value.
- Manage RFP responses and other business development initiatives across a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Develop pricing for standard and custom service offerings that is informed by market intelligence and an understanding of cost to deliver.
- Create marketing collateral to support business development initiatives, including client roadshows and participation in trade shows and fundraising events.
- Manage initiatives to create business development assets including: consulting engagement summaries; client success stories; descriptions of service offerings; client testimonials and client references.
- Establish internal tools, repositories and processes to organize and manage proposals, business development assets and client contracts.
- Analyze client contracts and manage the contract renewal process with a goal of moving toward a more standardized service offering, contract terms and pricing.
- Establish and manage sales funnel tracking, dashboard reporting and forecasting.
- Write Statements of Work for consulting service contracts.
- Manage communications with existing and prospective clients and participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Create PowerPoint presentations that are visually appealing and convey a clear story supported by data.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new business, risks and opportunities in the sector, and to collect market intelligence on competition and pricing.
- Work with the Resident Care Leadership Team to prioritize, develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and success.
- Support continuous improvement of the Extendicare Assist website including a Members Only Website and home web pages.
- Proactively identify project risks and recommend solutions and mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive key initiatives.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years’ experience in management consulting, seniors care, health care or hospitality.
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- Outstanding written communication skills and experience writing proposals.
- Excellent communicator and presenter.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-oriented management style.
- High level of comfort working with, understanding and analyzing client contracts.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with thoroughness and attention to detail, and able to find creative solutions when issues arise, with limited resources.
- High level of organizational agility, creative problem solving, and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
