The Role
As the Program Manager, you will manage end-to-end ownership of overall solutions for innovative products, ensuring solid program management across various software development teams and monitoring the quality of resulting deliverables. The right candidate will have strong technical program management knowledge and an outstanding track record of delivering sophisticated software/hardware programs.

You will drive schedules for business planning toward growth aligned with business strategy, take ownership of issues, and approach challenges relentlessly with critical thinking and creativity. This role requires the ability to bring clarity and organization to chaotic situations, prioritize dynamic tasks and responsibilities, and lead with confidence in high-pressure environments. You should be a proven leader with exceptional people management skills to motivate and guide world-class engineers.

The Person
The right candidate will have solid knowledge of program management, impeccable track record of delivering complex software programs, and experience with Device Drivers, Firmware, Graphics technology, SOC product development and customer facing experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute programs focusing on quality, deadlines, and customer feedback.
  • Drive completion of all required deliverables and create/maintain project management artifacts such as schedules, resource forecasts, and risk/issue logs.
  • Provide unique views of project status updates and facilitate cross-development team dependencies and communications.
  • Identify action or mitigation plans for issues or risks that arise during the project lifecycle, including escalations to ensure corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with core and execution teams to address areas requiring special attention and ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Collect, analyze, organize, and publish work performance data via dashboards and recurring status reports.
  • Demonstrate strong self-motivation, urgency, and crisis management skills in high-pressure environments with competing priorities and tight turnaround times.

Preferred Experience

  • Proven Project & Program Management experience in a dynamic, competitive industry, particularly within Software Development or Engineering-based organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Horizontal leadership/Matrix management experience is required; people management is desirable.
  • Flexible working schedule to manage global program execution teams, with emphasis on Asia and North America.
  • PMP certification is required; Agile development experience or certification is a bonus.

Academic Credentials

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering is desired
