Position

Wurth Industry of Canada Ltd. Is seeking a Customer Support Representativeto maintain and strengthen customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability. Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions in a timely manner with accuracy and professionalism.

On a daily basis, the Customer Support Representative will mainly be responsible for the following:

- Build and manage relationships with existing clients.
- Care for our customers by delivering a high level of service.
- Process customer orders.
- Supply product information to customers.
- Review customer requests and provide valid quotations.
- Review and expedite open orders.
- Promote continued customer interest in the company’s products or services.
- Handle customer complaints by providing solutions, often within a time limit to ensure the customer is satisfied.

Skills & Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Must be proficient in English written and verbal communication.
- An overall positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to learn new skills and technical aspects of our industry.
- A high level of integrity displaying ethics and a commendable value system.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Accountability in problem solving and take initiative in resolving customer issues.
