We are looking for a **Supply Planner **to join our growing team in Milton, ON.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Plan and adjust production schedules where required.
- Schedule production to allow delivery of finished goods in a timely manner
- Develop a master schedule consisting of internal and external requirements to assure customer on-time delivery while optimizing resources and inventory levels.
- Expedite operational schedule delays and alter as required.
- Coordinate the supply of customer managed finished goods to the customer’s warehouse and maintain adequate inventory levels.
- Coordinate and oversee material cycle counts at 3rd party locations
- Work with procurement on timing of required components
- Assist in part identification and placing PO’s as needed
- Build jobs and production activities into ERP system, including maintenance and closing to fit with operational timelines
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Assist in inspecting and verifying incoming goods and shipments and reporting any damages, defects, or labeling discrepancies.
- Co-ordinate with operations team to ensure scheduled delivery times are met.
- Co-ordinate with operations team to verify and ensure shipping status, product availability and item location within warehouse and showrooms.
- Liaise with all internal departments to ensure production/repair jobs are on schedule and provide updates
- Assist in kitting/picking activities related to production/repairs
- Other duties as assigned.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Materials Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in purchasing and production planning/scheduling is desired.
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of organizational skills with careful and consistent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with both internal and external clients/vendors/employees.
- Self-motivated, professional, and flexible; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong skills in prioritizing work schedule according to set deadlines.
- Sound analytic thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills
- The technical competencies required consist of numerical accuracy, computer literacy, analytical skills to analyze data, proofing and editing for accuracy, and investigative and research skills.
