**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Remote Software Sales Associate** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with proven sales experience and a passion for marketing and AI technologies. As a Software Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying leads, conducting outreach, and closing deals for our AI-driven CRM and marketing services.

This is a fully remote position, with in-office requirements only one day every two weeks. Compensation is commission-based, with a range between $40,000 and $160,000, depending on performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present and demo our AI CRM, AI Appointment setter ChatBot, and marketing solutions to prospective clients.
- Build relationships with potential customers, addressing questions and concerns.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated on AI trends and how they impact marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize client outreach.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in software or SaaS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software systems.
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is a plus.
