- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of all participants.
- Collaborate with the operations team for seamless tour execution.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a tour guide or in customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Deep knowledge of local attractions and cultural landmarks.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus. (English, Mandarin, Cantonese)
- Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- A valid Class 4 Driver’s License is required.
