**Position Summary**

As a vital part of the People & Culture team, the Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and secure top talent, advancing the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg’s mission and community impact. By partnering with hiring managers, fostering inclusivity, and implementing creative sourcing strategies, this role ensures an exceptional hiring experience that aligns with the organization’s values and strengthens its employer brand.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Collaboration**: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with departmental and organizational needs.
- **Sourcing Strategies**: Utilize innovative and effective methods, including social media, job boards, networking events, and community outreach, to build strong talent pipelines.
- **Employer Branding**: Promote the YMCA-YWCA of Winnipeg as an employer of choice by highlighting its mission, values, and community impact in all recruitment activities.
- **Metrics and Reporting**: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to leadership.

**Education/Certifications/Credentials/Professional Designation**
- Post Secondary Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- RPR designation or working towards will be considered an asset
- Police Record with Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry
- Manitoba Class 5F License and access to vehicle

**Experience**
- Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or customer service field.
- Experience administering HRIS, knowledge in UKG will be considered strong asset.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, with a focus on aligning hiring practices to organizational goals and values.
- Innovative sourcing strategies and critical thinking skills to attract diverse talent, navigate recruitment challenges, and deliver effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure accuracy throughout the recruitment process.
