**We will count on you to**:

- Maintain and expand low-risk accounts from a small book of business while assisting senior colleagues with larger, more complex accounts.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues and project specialists to identify key decision-makers, account needs, and underlying risks to determine the best services and products for client objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to target new buyer hubs and identify expansion opportunities, strategizing internal offerings and market trends.
- Analyze and conceptualize quantitative and qualitative data into viable proposals for personal or senior colleagues' accounts.
- Develop custom solutions to address account needs and effectively present these solutions to senior colleagues or clients.
- Ensure all managed accounts are in good standing, addressing escalated issues promptly to maintain operational excellence and client satisfaction.
- Grow and nurture a professional network within client organizations and represent the company at industry events and conferences.

**What you need to have**:

- Experience in account management or sales within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and account management.
