We’re looking to add a **Patient Representative** to our amazing team of veterinary professionals In this role, you’ll be the vital link between our clients and our medical team, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every pet owner who walks through our doors. You’ll greet and guide clients and their pets through visits, assist with gathering patient histories, and work side-by-side with veterinarians and technicians during a variety of appointments, from wellness exams to urgent care. You’ll also support reception duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.

**What You'll Do**:

- Deliver exceptional client service with empathy and professionalism
- Educate pet parents about preventive care, treatment plans, and home care instructions
- Support veterinarians during appointments by taking detailed histories and facilitating communication
- Keep the day running smoothly by anticipating needs, organizing follow-ups, and staying in sync with the team
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and compassionate clinic culture
- Support pet parents over the phone - scheduling appointments and answering inquiries

- Minimum 1 year experience in a veterinary client care setting
