**The Opportunity**:
We are hiring a full-time Program Coordinator to help develop, implement, maintain and evaluate a support program for Veterans experiencing homelessness or at-risk of experiencing homelessness. The Program Coordinator will act as the main point person for the program. They will be responsible for the creation, intake, processing, evaluation and monitoring of this small program. They will ensure that the goals of the program are met while providing a high level of customer service. If you are passionate about helping Veterans, eradicating homelessness or both, this role could be for you

Reporting to the Executive Director, this position is based in-person in Cloverdale. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday with the opportunity to work a condensed schedule with every second Friday off. Limited weekend and/or evening work may be required.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education, preferably in the human/social service field
- Two (2) years of experience working in the community social services sector
- Demonstrated knowledge of income assistance and affordable housing programs
- Must be able to provide a Criminal Record Clearance for the Vulnerable Sector
- Knowledge or experience with Veterans Affairs is an asset
- Experience with budgeting or bookkeeping is an asset

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Proven communication and conflict resolution skills
- Outstanding organizational, coordination, administration, and time management skills
- Demonstrated experience collecting program statistics and delivering reports, utilizing software and tools when appropriate
- Ability to develop and maintain rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, possessing strong integrity

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Immediate start date
- Annual salary of up to $63,000
