Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide immediate medical care to employees in case of workplace injuries or emergencies.
- Administer first aid and determine the severity of injuries, referring to higher medical care when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all incidents and treatments provided.
- Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations and company safety policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of first aid equipment and supplies, ensuring they are properly stocked and maintained.
- Assist in workplace safety programs, including hazard assessments, emergency preparedness, and incident prevention initiatives.
- Support and promote a culture of workplace safety by providing training and guidance to employees on best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Valid Occupational First Aid Level 3 (OFA Level 3) Certification (required).
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations.
- Physically fit and capable of responding quickly to emergencies.

Licence/Certification:

- OFA 3 Certificate (required)

Work Location: In person

**Industra Construction Corp works with the CLAC union in British Columbia and Ontario, and all new employees become members upon joining the company. Included in the remuneration perks are Benefits, Pension, and Vacation pay.**

Pay: From $43.47 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Langley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
