**Purpose**:
The Operations Representative provides operational and administrative support and acts as a first point of contact in all Athletic & Recreation facilities.
**Education**:
Must be enrolled as a York student.Successful completion of Emergency First AID and CPR B Certification (prior to or upon hire)
**Experience**:
Prior customer service experience is an assetPrior event support experience is an asset
**Skills**:
- Demonstrated communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask under pressure with attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Compliant with the University policies and procedures at all times.
**Additional Notes**:
- Evening/weekend availability.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Must wear personal protective equipment, including (at a minimum) closed-toed shoes.
