**Job Overview**:
We are currently looking for an experienced and friendly Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant dental practice. As the primary point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring seamless operations.

**Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by business demands
- Demonstrated strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Experience with Dental practice management software, such as Abeldent
- Consistent punctuality and reliability
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt and communicate effectively with diverse patients
- Preferred previous experience in dental assisting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Duties**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Perform billing duties, accurately processing insurance payments while maintaining meticulous account records
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable, engaging with insurance companies and patients as necessary
- Handle patient inquiries, facilitate referrals, and maintain clear communication with other offices
- Maintain organized patient files, charts, and reports, accurately updating data within the Electronic Records system

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
