BBE Expediting is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a
**Logistics**
**Sales Manager** Your role will focus on managing relationships with new and existing clients across a variety of industrial sectors including; pharmaceuticals, government, and mining. With a market concentrated on northern Canada (Territories and northern tops of the provinces), you will help to develop and implement solutions to meet our customers’ unique needs. In this role you will be responsible for growth in programs such as our PharmaShip program - which delivers logistics solutions to remote Canada, for the pharmaceutical and health care sectors.

**Duties and responsibilities of the Logistics Sales Manager include, but are not limited to**:
- Follow company health & safety standards and company policies and procedures.
- Target new accounts through management of sales pipeline, prospecting and building relationships with clients focused on logistics needs for northern and remote locations.
- Manage growth of our PharmaShip program for healthcare logistics across the north for sensitive and controlled products
- Providing potential customers and existing customers with value-based product and service solutions (such as promoting ubbe, our self-managed digital logistics platform)
- Working with our carrier manager to identify and develop new shipping lanes based on customer needs.
- Achieving sales targets for yourself and supporting the team in doing the same.
- Ensures healthy sales plan consisting of growth opportunities and existing account management strategies.
**Position Qualifications**:
- Post-Secondary education in commerce, logistics or relevant technical disciplines
- 5 years professional sales experience, working in sales with** **industrial and commercial accounts.
- Professional communication, presentation skills and project management experience
- Previous experience/knowledge in logistics/freight forwarding, pharmaceutical distribution, working with government organizations are considered an asset.
- Strong sales track record and experience in consultative selling including developing complex solutions to clients’ needs.
**Position Requirements**:
- Must be a people person, outgoing and enjoy interacting with clients and associates.
- Strong leadership, organizational skills combined with initiative and personal drive to succeed.
- Strong relationship building skills with the ability to exceed customer's expectations.
- Accountability to self, team, and clients
- Have a valid driver license and own vehicle for as and when business travel is required.
- Ability to easily adapt to changing market, client needs, processes.
- Experience working in northern Canada is preferred.
