**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recording Transactions**: Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
- **Invoicing & Accounts Receivable**: Generate and send invoices to clients and monitor outstanding payments.
- **Accounts Payable**: Process and track payments to suppliers, contractors, and other service providers.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Regularly reconcile business bank accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- **Payroll Management**: Process employee payroll, track hours, and ensure timely tax payments.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- **Tax Compliance**: Assist in preparing for business taxes, including sales tax and income tax filings, and ensure all records are organized for tax reporting purposes.
- **Inventory Tracking**: Maintain records of inventory purchases, sales, and adjustments.
- **Record Maintenance**: Ensure all financial records are securely stored and properly maintained for future reference.
- **Communication**: Communicate with clients, suppliers, and financial institutions as necessary to resolve any discrepancies or financial matters.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role is preferred.
- Proficiency in QBO
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Additional pay:
