We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Chiropractic Assistant/ Receptionist to join our team.

**Job Description**:
As a Chiropractic Assistant and Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients and will assist in various administrative and clinical tasks.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.

Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and appointments.

Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments.

Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.

Process payments and handle insurance claims.

Keep the reception area and treatment rooms organized and clean.

Assist with marketing and community outreach efforts as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is a plus.

Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient with Mac Desktop, Microsoft Office and JANE EMR systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
