SEEKING DEDICATED CHIROPRACTIC Tech ASSISTANT – LONDON, ONTARIO

MISSION: To provide unparalleled support to our Doctors and our Patients through the delivery of Chiropractic Care.

CALL TO DUTY: We are seeking a highly motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. You, our Chiropractic Assistant, will be instrumental in ensuring that passion, caring and love is shared in our clinic, therefore effecting the well-being of our patients.

On the job training involving team and one on one training will get you up to speed quickly. Your eagerness to learn is essential. Your role must be open to adaptability based on the daily needs of the Doctors and clinic settings.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL DUTIES):

PATIENT LOGISTICS & SUPPORT:

  • Directing patients for comfort and ease of office flow
  • Assisting patients with their self care and examinations under the direct supervision of the Doctor.
  • Support in maintaining patient scheduling protocols.
  • Ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times.
  • General patient flow and patient visit support
  • Daily preparation of reports for patients and the Doctor
  • Daily Patient education

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT:

  • Managing patient records with precision and confidentiality (digital and physical).
  • Handling incoming communications (phone, email) with professionalism and promptness as needed
  • Preparing Exam and Reports for the Doctor.
  • Processing payments and managing billing inquiries as needed.
  • Maintaining clinic cleanliness and organization to the highest standards.

INTELLIGENCE GATHERING:

  • Taking accurate patient histories and tests as required.
  • Documenting patient progress and observations meticulously.

EQUIPMENT & FACILITY READINESS:

  • Ensuring all equipment is operational and well-maintained.
  • Maintaining a clean and sterile environment in all adjusting areas.

QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING REQUIRED:

  • EDUCATION: High School Diploma
  • EXPERIENCE: The best experience you can have is one in which you have cared for people. Previous experience in a busy setting in as asset, Experience with Chiropractic Care personally is a benefit. Displaying a healthy lifesyle through your health choices is an asset. Experience in healthcare setting is a benefit.
  • DISCIPLINE & ATTENTION TO DETAIL: A strong and comitted work ethic along with the ability to learn and follow strict protocols and maintain meticulous records.
  • COMMUNICATION PROFICIENCY: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A detailed listener is a must
  • ADAPTABILITY & RESILIENCE: Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment as you will be working with multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • TEAM PLAYER: Must integrate seamlessly into a cohesive team unit. The team works best with all units in unison
  • EMPATHY & COMPASSION: Genuine desire to assist and support individuals on their path to better health
  • COMPUTER LITERACY: Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn clinic-specific systems rapidly. A strong understaning of social media is a benefit
  • PHYSICAL ENDURANCE: You must be fit and ready to be active for every shift you have

UNIFORM: Professional attire as per clinic standards.

HOURS: Approximately 36 hours, dependent on doctors hours and patient booking. Start and end times may vary slightly.
