We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to join our Powder Coating Department on our weekend shift. You’ll help prep, coat, and inspect aluminum parts to meet high quality standards. This role is a great fit for someone who’s detail-oriented, safety-focused, and enjoys physical work.

We offer production bonuses for hitting team quality and output targets.

**What You’ll Do**

You'll help prepare, coat, and inspect aluminum parts on our automated line. You'll also help keep the work area safe and running smoothly.

Your tasks will include:

- Prepping parts (cleaning, degreasing, masking, hanging)
- Adjusting equipment settings for proper coating coverage
- Inspecting finished parts for quality
- Performing basic troubleshooting and equipment checks
- Keeping your work area clean and safe
- Following daily schedules and team lead instructions
- Helping with other shop tasks as needed

**What You’ll Bring**

We’re looking for someone who:

- Can lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on the job
- Works well in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in quality work
- Follows instructions and communicates clearly
- Is dependable, safety-minded, and ready to learn
- Has powder coating or manufacturing experience (not required—we’ll train the right person)
