Powder Coater

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, or masking as necessary.
- Operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns and curing ovens.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in powder coating or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing materials accurately.
- Experience with machining or fabrication processes is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety regulations.
- **We are a Firearms shop. A valid Possession and Acquisition license is required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
