We're currently looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our collaborative environment in Haliburton. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside our dedicated Broker Owner and five full-time Realtors® who are passionate about exceeding client expectations while maintaining a supportive, positive workplace culture.

**About the Role**

As our Real Estate Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining exceptional client service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide confidential administrative support to the Broker Owner and team of Realtors®
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective clients, effectively managing their expectations and enhancing their experience throughout the property selling process
- Manage real estate listings on MLS, including preparation of the listings and coordinating external vendors (i.e. photographer, cleaners, etc.)
- Create and maintain property marketing materials
- Research municipal permit histories
- Manage sales processing through internal systems and head office software
- Maintenance of the company's Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
- Oversee special projects as needed
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory boards

**Required Qualifications**
- Proven experience in high-level administrative support
- Strong project management capabilities
- Excellence in client relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in document preparation and processing
- Experience with financial administration and compliance
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

**Technical Requirements**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with Adobe Suite and Canva
- Familiarity with digital signing platforms (Docusign, Authentisign, Digisign)
- Competency with virtual communication tools (Zoom, Teams, Skype)

**Schedule**
- Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm)
- Some evening and weekend work may be required
