operations and customer success. As we expand our Salesforce ecosystem, we are

looking for a skilled Business Systems Specialist to join our Salesforce practice to meet

business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and design effective Salesforce-based solutions

to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process gaps, gather and document

business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop, maintain, and improve customized reports, dashboards, and data

visualizations to support decision-making
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors and advice to ensure proper data

synchronization, security, and reporting
- Support the integration of Salesforce with other business systems and ensure

seamless data flow.
- Maintain and customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts,

workflows, and process automation and ensure reliability, accuracy of the

changes
- Manage data integrity, including deduplication and data quality maintenance.
- Act as a liaison between the business units, technology teams and vendors
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

- Completion of a college program in Computer Science, Information Technology,

or a related field
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role is a plus
