**Who are we?**

Paradocs is a tech start-up that develops an integrated solution (MtnOS) for the wonderful ski industry We describe ourselves as a mountain partner for resorts. Sharing a common passion for snow sports with our clients, we aim to offer an integrated solution that meets their needs and eventually allows skiers/boarders to have the best experience in the mountains.

**Your role?**

Under the responsibility of the Vice President of Operations & Technologies, the DevOps Specialist's primary mission will be to implement DevOps best practices throughout the team. What we are looking for is someone who has sufficient knowledge to identify the technological choices adapted to our context, but who also wishes to implement the solutions he/she proposes.

We are therefore searching for a person who will work with the team in order to optimize the deployment, support, development and maintenance of the MtnOS solution in addition to ensuring its operation.

Here is more detail on what we expect from a Paradocs DevOps Specialist:
**Main tasks**
- Support operations through monitoring (ELK), release deployments and intervention, when necessary, on the cloud infrastructure or that of our customers on-prem;
- Support the development team through the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD and test environments;
- Set up the infrastructure and architecture for new cloud-based projects (data architecture, e-commerce architecture,...);
- Manage and ensure the implementation of an adequate security level.

**Experience and qualifications required**
- Experience with container orchestration such as Kubernetes and infra as code (Terraform type);
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies: MongoDB, Kafka, Java, Helm, ElasticSearch;
- High proficiency in Linux essential;
- Mastery of source code control and build tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD);
- Good ability to read, write and understand English;
- D.E.C. or B.A. in computer science or engineering, or equivalent.
