Paradocs is a tech start-up that develops an integrated solution (MtnOS) for the wonderful ski industry We describe ourselves as a mountain partner for resorts. **Your role?**

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and Technology, and working in conjunction with the DevOps Specialist, the System Administrator and IT Support will manage the internal IT and also help keep MtnOS up and running.

Your mission, seriously? You will ensure the proper functioning of our internal servers and those of our customers. You will also ensure the availability of all systems and the proper functioning of desktop services. You will participate in the production process or in advanced customer support (level 2). You will also be in contact with the customers, supporting them in the installation and upgrading of their devices.

**Internal IT**
In a Windows and Google workspace environment:

- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues encountered by Paradocs employees;
- Manage the configuration, user access and operation of computer operating systems and other devices;
- Implement and maintain good security practices (updates, firewalls, etc.);
- Update and test business continuity plans periodically;
- Create and verify data backups;
- Administer infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes;
- Administer the internal network.

**System Administrator & IT Support**
- In collaboration with the Devops specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the operation of the software platform deployed by Paradocs (MtnOS) at the customer's site;
- Ensure the maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of the servers to provide the user with the performance, availability and security they require;
- Ensure the monitoring of the infrastructure with the ELK stack;
- Reactivity and proactivity to customer requests regarding the system (Level 2);
- Installation and configuration of MtnOS in new environments;
- Deploy and assist in the installation of devices at our customers' sites.

- Computer technician or computer support studies

- Knowledge of Linux server administration
- Knowledge of GitLab (or similar)
- Experience in networking and VPN
- Experience in access management in cloud environments (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, One password...)
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, an asset
- Knowledge of French and English spoken and written
